Sait Bahar is an Immigration Attorney for Quan Law Group, based in Houston, Texas. He specializes in a wide spectrum of immigration matters, including family and employment-based immigration, as well as humanitarian cases.

Sait’s legal journey began with an LL.B. (J.D. equivalent) degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in Turkey, followed by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the U.S. from the University of Houston Law Center in Houston, Texas.

Prior to moving to the U.S., Sait worked as an attorney for one of the leading firms in Turkey. During this period, he represented clients from diverse industries, including construction, manufacturing, and logistics, with a geographical focus on Western Asia and Europe. His cross- border experience and international perspective enrich his approach to the immigration law.

Upon his arrival in the U.S., Sait further enriched his legal expertise during his employment of over four years at a boutique immigration firm where he gained in-depth knowledge and hands- on experience in U.S. Immigration Law.

Sait, being an immigrant himself, possesses a deep personal understanding and empathy for the challenges and aspirations of immigrants. He is passionate about assisting immigrants in their journey to establish a new life in the United States. Drawing upon his own experiences and legal knowledge, Sait provides guidance and support to individuals and families navigating the complexities of immigration law.

Outside of work, Sait enjoys cultural events, art exhibitions, reading psychology books, and attending meetups. He also loves meeting people from different places, enriching his perspective and connections. Sait is duly licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and holds a license in Turkey. With a fervent passion for Immigration and Nationality Law, Sait combines his international background, specialized immigration expertise, and strong problem-solving abilities to offer support to individuals and families.

He is an active member of the Texas International Lawyers Association, where he actively promotes the practice of law in an international context.
