We represent individuals who are placed in removal proceedings (deportation) before the local Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Circuit Courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court, whether the individual is detained or not. 

ASYLUM

 
We represent individuals who are seeking asylum from their home countries, whether due to their political opinion, race, nationality, social group, or religion. 

HUMANITARIAN RELIEF – VAWA, U & T Visas, Humanitarian Parole And Parole in Place

 
We represent individuals with Violence Against Women (VAWA) cases, T visas for certain Victims of Human Trafficking, and U visas for certain Victims of Crimes, as well as permanent residence based on these categories. Our team also represents clients seeking humanitarian relief from removal and admission to the United States when no other options are available. 

ADVOCACY WITH FEDERAL IMMIGRATION AGENCIES

 
We represent and advocate for individuals with special issues, including waivers, in front of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Department of State (Embassies and Consulates). In addition, we assist individuals in preparing a mandamus and related matters brought before the U.S. District Courts, Circuit Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
