Ms. Shakya is well-versed in a wide array of immigration law, including, Asylum, all aspects of Family-based immigration and Naturalization, Humanitarian applications (U-visas, VAWA, DACA, Paroles), all types of Waivers, PERM Labor Certifications, and Non-immigrant visas (H-1b, E-2s).
