The Leaders In Immigration Law

Quan, Burdette & Perez is a Texas based full-service immigration law firm with offices in Houston, San Antonio, Rio Grande and Mexico City.  Established more than 20 years ago, it has become one of the largest and most renowned law firms in the U.S. focusing exclusively on immigration and nationality law.

Professional Experience
Quan, Burdette & Perez (QBP) assists people from around the world in selecting appropriate avenues for immigration to the United States.  The firm is a leader in corporate immigration law, assisting companies in sponsoring foreign nationals for temporary work visas and permanent resident status.  QBP handles employment based permanent and temporary visas, family based immigration, removal proceedings, naturalization and citizenship cases, and employer sanction cases.  QBP is also one of the most respected immigration litigation firms in the nation successfully arguing cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (E.O.I.R.) and the federal courts.  Additionally, attorneys from the firm accompany clients weekly before the U.S. Consulates abroad in visa processing.

Taking a proactive position on immigration, members of the firm have testified before Congress, served on liaison committees with the U.S. Department of Labor, the USCIS, Texas Service Center and Houston District Office, E.O.I.R., U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Asylum Office and the U.S. Department of State.  When laws and/or procedures change, we are there.

With seven of the firm's twenty two attorneys earning certification, QBP boasts more attorneys certified as legal specialists in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization than any other Texas firm. The selection of seven attorneys as Texas Super Lawyers and two attorneys as Texas Rising Stars by Texas Monthly magazine for 2004 is indeed an honor and reflection of the expertise provided by the firm.  The firm also includes attorneys listed in Best Lawyers in America , the International Who's Who of Business Lawyers and Who's Who in American Law.

Quan, Burdette & Perez clients include domestic and foreign multi-national companies, including Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and mid-size enterprises in a wide variety of fields including: engineering, telecommunications, computer technology, petroleum production and services, healthcare, entertainment, manufacturing, education and transportation.  QBP also represents individual clients with a wide array of needs.

Personal Focus
Quan, Burdette & Perez is proud to assist U.S. employers in complying with complex regulations on  employment of foreign workers, while also enabling immigrants to achieve a better life in the United States.  With the creation of the Department of Homeland Security, which now has jurisdiction over the ever-changing immigration laws, visa processing is often confusing and difficult.  Errors can result in delay, economic loss, separated families, and complex legal proceedings.  The firm works with clients by providing sound legal options, advice and assistance.
