Telephonic Consultation
Since immigration law is a Federal practice, Quan, Burdette & Perez handles cases for individuals and companies located throughout the U.S. and abroad. If an in-person consultation is not practical, a telephonic consultation can be arranged by calling our office at 713-625-9222 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (CST) to set a date and time for a consultation. Persons residing both in the U.S and abroad can also obtain information and advice regarding U.S. immigration by setting up an e-mail consultation with a Quan, Burdette & Perez attorney. This is often the most convenient means of communicating, especially across different time zones. Cost per consultation is $100 to $150. If you retain our firm for your case within 60 days of the consultation date, the consultation fee will be credited toward your retainer payment. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card. A consultation with one of our attorneys does not establish an attorney/client relationship beyond the consultation appointment period.
