Tam-Minh Ho

Tam-Minh T. Ho is a native of Houston, Texas. Ms. Ho attended the University of California at Berkeley where she earned her Bachelor’s degree with majors in Political Science and Legal Studies (2003). She received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center (2007).

While at the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. Ho served as a student attorney with the Immigration Clinic and Immigration Appellate Clinic for two semesters, where she successfully represented and counseled several clients in immigration proceedings before EOIR and in seeking immigration benefits through DHS. As a first generation American born to Vietnamese refugees, Ms. Ho is passionate about immigration law, stemming from her desire to assist foreign nationals in contributing to our nation’s economy and cultural diversity.
