Tam-Minh T. Ho is a native of Houston,
Texas. Ms. Ho attended the University of California at Berkeley where
she earned her Bachelor’s degree with majors in Political Science and
Legal Studies (2003). She received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from
the University of Houston Law Center (2007).
While at the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. Ho served as a
student attorney with the Immigration Clinic and Immigration Appellate
Clinic for two semesters, where she successfully represented and
counseled several clients in immigration proceedings before EOIR and in
seeking immigration benefits through DHS. As a first generation American
born to Vietnamese refugees, Ms. Ho is passionate about immigration law,
stemming from her desire to assist foreign nationals in contributing to
our nation’s economy and cultural diversity.
Ms. Ho is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Asian American Bar
Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. Her practice areas
include nonimmigrant visas, employment based and family based
immigration, and litigation.
