Raed Gonzalez was born in Puerto
Rico. He earned his B.A. (1992) and J.D. (1996) from Inter
American University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. He received his
L.L.M. in Health Law from the University of Houston Law Center
(1998).
Mr. Gonzalez has considerable
litigation experience, representing clients in immigration
hearings throughout the United States, as well as in the federal
district and appellate courts and the 5th Circuit
Court of Appeals. Mr. Gonzalez is involved in all aspects of
general immigration law, including removal and deportation
hearings, VAWA, Asylum, family based and employment based
immigration.
Mr. Gonzalez is an active member of
the State Bar of Texas, American Immigration Lawyers Association
and the Houston Bar. Mr. Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish.
