Luk was born in Nanjing, China and moved to Hong Kong when she was 5. She immigrated
with her family to the U.S. in 1994. Ms. Luk earned her Bachelor of Science degree
from the University of Houston in 1997, graduating summa cum laude. She received
her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, where
she was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship. Ms. Luk served as an Article Editor
for the Houston Journal of International Law and Fundraising Chairperson of the
Asian Law Students Association.
Ms. Luk previously worked with the firm
as a Legal Assistant and is proficient in Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese
dialects. Her practice areas include employment based and family based immigration.
