Douglas Holly was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corp he received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, with High Honors, from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. Mr. Holly passed all parts of the Certified Public Accountant examination and prior to practicing law was employed as the Chief Financial Officer of several businesses.

Douglas Holly is licensed to practice law in Texas, Arizona and Illinois. He received his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to practicing Immigration Law, Mr. Holly has also assisted clients in business planning and business acquisition. He has experience in business and family immigration and naturalization.

Mr. Holly is a member of the State Bars of Texas, Arizona and Illinois and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
